The Press Enterprise’s Vanessa Franko talks about The Ready Aim Fire!’s final show at The Wire before disbanding.

I’m bummed to report that local power pop indie rockers The Ready Aim Fire! are calling it quits.

The band announced over the weekend that they would be splitting up.

However, there is a final show planned for The Wire in Upland on Saturday, Aug. 11.

The band’s synth-tastic EP “Atheist Grief,” has been one of my favorites of 2012.
